Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location within India. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details (where available) so you can follow your shipment.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Failed Delivery / Undelivered Orders
If a delivery attempt fails or an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional charges may apply.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue (see our Refund & Return Policy).
