Return Window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Eligibility

The following conditions apply to returns:

• The item must be unused and undamaged, with no signs of wear.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including products that have been used, items not in their original condition, or items returned outside the 7-day window.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at zoneghatkoparcrazywrap@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Return Shipping

Unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
